Booking a guided striper fishing trip on Lake Texoma reserves your date exclusively for your group. Because fishing trips often book weeks — and sometimes months — in advance, last-minute cancellations make it extremely difficult to replace that trip.

Our goal is simple:

Fair Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your fishing trip, we respectfully request at least 4–5 days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date.

Cancellations made 5 or more days before your trip will receive a full refund of your deposit.

This advance notice gives us the opportunity to offer the date to another group and keep our small business operating smoothly.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

Why?

Unlike large operations, fishing guides run a limited number of trips. When a cancellation happens the day before — or the morning of the trip — it is almost impossible to rebook that date.
