Fishing Report Hub Summary-March 2026
The current Lake Texoma fishing report for March 2026 shows a strong and improving striper bite across both the lake and the Red River. Guide Aaron Sharp reports excellent fishing around warming rock structure where baitfish are stacking up and drawing in active striped bass.
Live bait continues to produce the most consistent results, while artificials like swimbaits and slab spoons are also catching quality fish. The early spring pattern is setting up, with stripers feeding aggressively and beginning their movement toward the river.
Fishing conditions are ideal right now for anglers of all experience levels, with steady action and high catch rates.
